America's Unofficial Ambassadors

We work at the grassroots level throughout the Muslim World to counter violent extremism before it takes hold, to promote tolerance and understanding, and to foster better relations with the United States.

Confronting the Self-Made Man

Unofficial Ambassador Amber Glavine has written another great piece about her experience volunteering in Morocco. We are so pleased to see it published by the Alpharetta-Roswell Herald!

Amber Glavine is a rising senior at Boston College, where she studies Islamic Civilizations & Societies and Linguistics. She has been volunteering as an English teacher at the Azrou Center in Ifrane, Morocco. Enjoying this stunning piece looking deeper into the what it means to be an American volunteering abroad.
